In addition, your property will be advertised through my website, and internally within Royalty Group Realty reaching all brokers and their network of buyers.

While my specialty is in Downtown Vancouver condos and North Vancouver housing, my true strength is to assist my valued clients through the complex process of property transfer. Whether it is selling a house in Vancouver or buying a townhouse in Burnaby, I will complete a market analysis considering all aspects of the transaction. Working with a strong network of professionals including a mortgage broker, tax accountant and real estate lawyer, I will ensure that transactions are completed in the most beneficial manner to my clients.
